my go to sleep album. unless you dont want ambient at all..
I've slept to that. I've slept to their last album more times though. If you want advice for sleeping well dbz, I've recently found out that a happy mental place helps a lot. Like if you program your mind to associate bed and sleep with the thought of that happy mental place (can be anything: imagination, memory) then it works wonders. In the past couple of months I've been able to tell when I'm gonna go to sleep after I do the happy place thing. My upper body gets a little warmer and it all feels good & safe and then my nuclear bomb of a brain just freezes and I just go to sleep

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it. It's stuff I've tried before to varying extents (as well as various forms of questionable meditation and "mindfulness exercises", and a fuckton of meds). Though I'm sure there is something to the happy place thing, I just have yet to get the hang of whatever that something is
