Here are my favorites in each year that you haven't rated or charted:

'87

Substance by New Order

This one isn't rare, but it's essential listening even if you've heard their albums.

'88

Spring Fever! by The Pussywillows

This one is rare.

'89

Deep Listening by Pauline Oliveros, Stu... Panaiotis

This one is somewhere between rare and not rare.

New Order is great. Currently listening to Technique. I'll check out the other two you shared as well. Thanks!

Tarka- Anthony Phillips from Genesis teams up with the son of Henry Williamson (Author of Tarka the Otter) for a soundtrack that didn't get used. A bit pastoral for 1989, but I love the melodies and harmonies. Great guitar work, backed by synths and orchestra.

Thanks! Talk Talk are great! Pretty sure I've heard that one once but haven't added it yet. Will have to revisit it for sure.

Not surprised you've heard it, but since you hadn't charted or rated it, I thought it'd be forum malpractice not to mention it!
