Sorry for the massive delay (this was supposed to have been collected on New Year's Day and then posted the next day, 16 days late oops) but I've been pretty busy recently, and this is going to take quite a while to do. I'll start collecting the results tonight but in most probability this won't be posted for a few days. As I said in my last post, if you need to get your list in now is the time.
