Food And Booze

I'm into food (especially when i'm travelling) and booze (i'm kind of a beer geek). As there is not a lot about food on the forum, i give it a go. My 5 favourite food ingredients are : mango, koriander, black blood sausage, oysters and rucola. According to beers, i'm not really into abbaybeers, triples or trappistes - i prefer the sour lambic- or gueuzestyle (made by spontaneus fermentation as they say). Some of my favourite beers are : lambic of Cantillon, gueze of Tilquin, gueuze of Boon (any gueuze which is not sweetened), Rodenbach Caractère Rouge (sour red/brown), De Ranke Kriek (sour wild/ale), Troubadour Magma (imperial double/IPA).

Best beer i've been drinking this year was an Italian (WTF!!!) beer : Rubus (raspberry fruit beer). Love it !
Drink of today : 'Winter 2014 - barrel aged : port+sherry' by brewery 'hof ten dormaal'.

Framboise Belgian Raspberry Beer goes very well with cheese tasting. I did some at home cheese tasting with this ale and some exotic stiltons, cheddar gruyere, and chevre, and some gouda. This beer was really good.

Cherry Coke is my most favorite drink, Cocoa Pebbles are my most favorite cereal, brownies are my most favorite desert, soft microwave pretzels are my most favorite snack, and spaghetti is my most favorite thing to eat for dinner. 😄 😄 😄

my favorite food is specialty chicken from Dominos and my favorite alcohol is the champagne of beers, Miller Lite, though i do quite enjoy downing a bottle of red Yellowtail of some kind all at once because that's a better drunk
