Very good heavy/psych/soul album with both African and Hendrixian influences, and some welcome unexpected subtlety in the handling of all this mess. Warmly recommended to both the dadrocker and the curious at heart; there's a bit of everything for everybody.
This fucking guitar sound. "Echo Waves" is so sublime it hurts, you want it to never end. And then after 14 minutes, a voice emulating a guitar or a guitar emulating a voice comes in and makes you wish you'd die to this.
