Yeah the shorter songs really work well on that album, keeps things consistently fresh. A pet peeve of mine is when a hip hop song is maybe one minute too long to get more featuring artists in. Kanye is prime offender.

I'm only a few songs in at the moment, so I can't really say. Very folky, very atmospheric, very pleasant. Hasn't wow'd me just yet, but I've also heard good things about it.
