Haha, another one I'm familiar with, although I much prefer this to the Blakroc album. If I'm honest, it's probably my least favourite Budos Band album, but only because I think they keep improving (slightly prefer II over III, though). Brilliant introduction to their style, however. The one thing that gets me about this one is that it occasionally gives off a cheesy Latino-lite vibe at times, like the sort of music you hear in quirky, off-the-beaten-track coffee shops. That said, it's still excellent. 'Aynotchesh Yererfu' is my jam, and definitely hints at the rockier direction they've gone in their latest (and best) album, Burnt Offering.
So again, my apologies. Keep 'em coming until there's one I haven't heard. Both really good suggestions so far, though.
Funny, I just gave this a spin right before you gave this to me. Right before...hmm. It count's.
The record is more focused on the lyrics than the sound imo. But the lyrics are spot on, there never is a dull moment lyric wise. Sound wise however, it can get boring and it can get amazing. That's just me though, I love it. Okay, I hope you don't know this one.
Wow.... I absolutely loved this. Come On Primates has indeed been on my radar for some time but this has finally been the motivation I needed to start listening to Frog Pocket and I'm certainly glad I did. The idea of mixing high energy breakcore with really soothing ambient sounds isn't exactly original but this was executed as well as I've ever heard. Some great individual moments too (like that one note ominous buzz at the end of the record that makes me think he's not taking himself seriously). The endings to some of these tracks are just breathtaking particularly the (xylophone?) at the end of Dungeon Hills.
Will definitely listen again soon.

Way late on getting to this one, but a pretty solid doom album, I liked it. Seriously heavy, I mean it just sounds so thick and so plodding and ominous, it was pretty cool, it created a really awesome, creepy atmosphere.

I'm not a big Blur fan, but this exceeded my expectations. My new personal favorite Blur album. Although, that's not saying much. On the bright side though, I will be coming back to this soon. Not as soon as say Camera Obscura but soon.

First time posting, so no album review for me yet.
Really great, a bit on the short side but every second was just fabulous. The vocals were a bit annoying at times but other than that, it was great. Thanks!
