Yeah, 1972 is very good, if suffering a bit from standard-bearer choices, but the albums and singles are still very strong. I got a chance to listen to a lot of the 69 stuff and just really terrific, diverse stuff, and those singles just get progressively more divine with each selection, a true 69-er of glory. Gets the vote here.

Glad to hear that some people enjoyed my selections. Always gonna be difficult against some of the giants that Hayden picked. Sorry for letting you down, Goodsir.
Anyway, when this match is wrapped up and I've inevitably been announced the loser, I'll post the semi-final team I had ready to go (in the very unlikely event that I would've won this match and Goodsir hadn't returned in time).

I got a chance to listen to the first track on the Ali Akbar Khan album, but ran out of time for the rest. Hoping to finish it later today, I found it quite nice 😄 Certainly an epic piece of work.
But yeah, great match Skinny.
