Well, "You really got me" (Kinks'64) and "Helter Skelter" (Beatles'68) are extraordinarily heavy for their time. Revolutionarily so. And, yeah, the Monks in general.

I was going to say these (minus I don't know the Monks).

But then I remembered that The Rite of Spring caused a ruckus at it's debut: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rite_of_Spring

But the music is also quite "riotous" for it's time.
