Agree about Elvis, but Promenade is one of my favourites from that album actually. _________________ All time

Tears and Lessons are the duds for me on 2112. _________________ Attention all planets of the solar federation: We have assumed control.

I can understand 'Tears.'
But 'Lessons' is an absolutely killer track. The progression from the wonderful acoustic verse to the absolute scream of the distortion guitar in the chorus is fantastic -- and even without that, the whole song would be worth five stars just for the bass line alone, one of Geddy's best, which for Geddy Lee is really saying something. And that he can lay that vocal over the top of that bass line is nothing short of superhuman. Dude's a beast and 'Lessons' is Exhibit A as proof!
