I first heard this album in 2016 when I went through their discography, and I liked it but didn't love it. So thanks for making me revisit it, because it definitely grew on me. Consistently good, if fairly commercial indie pop songs and a few outstanding tracks. It's probably now my third favorite of theirs, after First Band On The Moon and the original Swedish track-listing of Life. 4/5.

Hell yeah. Glad your revisit made this grew on you. And this might be my fave though I still need to finish the rest of their discog.

Literally a year later and I finally get around to listening to this. I enjoyed it, it didn’t blow me away but I definitely liked it. It was interesting and engaging indie pop, especially from a musical perspective.

I've listened to nearly everything that Madlib has done, so, yes, I had heard this before, but I can always sit down and listen to one of the greatest. Listening to Madlib and J Dilla, to me, is like freebasing hip hop in it's purest form. There's nothing quite like it.
Another great funky soul album from Curtis Mayfield. I had never heard this full album before and it was a pleasure thank you very much. will make my yearly chart in a very crowded year but this was excellent.
