I can't look at the ratings I gave to other users' charts (this page: https://www.besteveralbums.com/fav.php?m=v&l=u&oid=46231&t=r&o=c), it renders an empty page. I can look to other members ratings fine though.

Just trying to repro this but seems to be working when I'm trying it. Are you still having the same issue?
