Powerplant was a nice discovery, but easy vote for Duster and their fabulous yet suitably lowkey and slow-burning comeback album. Def check out their turn-of-the-millenium releases, both underheard gems.

The first Duster album I've heard, and it makes me even more excited than I was before to check out their discography. Great instrumentals, great vocals, great atmospheres. Slowcore but noisy is something I didn't know I needed to hear until now. Instantly in my top 25 of the year. Sorry Powerplant.

Duster is very interesting slowcore with an extra and I fairly liked it. But Power plant is already in my 2019 year chart and I like it more so the latter gets my vote.

Duster does slowcore well by tuning their instruments down.

Powerplant was a fun revisit to a mix of like Devo and B52's and then like Big Black or something.

Duster's excellent. Anyways just bumping this so it doesn't stay buried on the second page.

Duster defeats People In The Sun 10-4 to advance to the sweet sixteen.
