The group stage was super fun, glad to have been a part of it and it goes without saying that I will be following along. If anyone of the qualifiers would like a recommendation, or a second opinion or simply to think out loud- unlikely, but just saying - feel free to send me a PM.
Thanks to everyone - especially Skinny and PossiblyMichigan - and congrats to the ones who made it through.
I expected a preference for the earlier years, but this degree of dominance ( 7 out of 8 ) was surprising to me. Still, no regrets regarding my picks, I 'd like to think I showcased the most important aspects of 2004.
Regarding the eventual winner, I'd say it's between four. 1993 vs 1995 is easily the most highly anticipated matchup of the quarter finals, it's gonna be a blockbuster.
