Interesting, had no idea about the whole disco single fiasco, definitely tough to forgive that, cheers for the comments.
He's definitely had patches of stuff, once I would have argued that I preferred his post Beatles work to that of John's but I'd definitely tend to agree you these days, I do try them but the more I hear the further I feel from his stuff, definitely would prefer John and George's post Beatles work these days by a good margin.
No More Lonely Nights did very little for me, as did Pipes of Peace, he'll probably pop up again in these Now albums, but I'm not getting into them so far.

Giorgio Moroder & Philip Oakley - Together in Electric Dreams
Anyway, this is much more like it, I really like this, always have.
Would put you in a good mood for whatever reason, has appeared in a lot of different places down the years and it never seems to grow old to me.
Well worthy of a place in the top 20 for sure.

Another bit of a banger from Bronski Beat, despite not being as being as Smalltown Boy, I find this every bit as good and I have the 2 roughly on par so it comfortably makes the top 20.
These lads were well able to make pumped up synthpop in their heyday.
Really good stuff I think.

Still not getting much from Limahl, this is the second track of his to make it here and it's definitely an improvement on the last one, still just a bit wasted on me.
I've put it in the 70's for now. 80's synthy pop, but it's lacking something everything I hear it, doesn't draw me back in.

Don't know this one, doesn't have many views, but it's pretty catchy to be fair.
Falls a bit short of making the list, in the high 60's but I find myself grooving to it a bit after a few listens.
Nick Heyward strikes me as someone I'll see on UK daytime TV at some point.

Not to kibitz, but Limahl (former Kajagoogoo frontman) is the one you'll see on UK daytime TV. Heyward (former Haircut 100 frontman) has become something of a "nature boy" lately and hasn't been doing much to promote himself. Some of his solo albums, like The Apple Bed, are actually pretty good, though!

Interesting, that I can see too alright, good to know, I had no idea!
Bit of a one hit wonder here I feel it's fair to say, but it's some hit alright, was debating on this awhile but I think I like it a lot, and can easily sing along despite not knowing much about John Waite whatsoever.
Definitely worthy of a place in the top 50 for now, coming in at number 29.
I've sure anyone with a radio has heard this umpteen times, not quite an 80's power ballad, but its got similar stylings in a way, I like it.

Waite did okay in America...he had nine solo top 40 hits.
He was also the lead singer of The Babys (1975-81) and Bad English (1987-91). Both bands did quite well and had several hits. _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold

No need to dive too much into detail, everybody knows who Michael Jackson is, issues and whatnot, obviously he's got some serious songs.
This is his first one to make the Now collection and it's alright, decent but nowhere near his best stuff, 62 seems a fair placing.
There's been so much written on the man that I won't be adding anything new here, I guess his peak for me was Off The Wall, but it's obviously soured in many ways beyond that as great an album as it is.
So yeah.

Double bill coming today as I ran late at a dinner last night, Christmas be like that.
Starting with Lionel, I like a lot of his stuff, I find it to be real easy listening.
A massive hit and while it's no All Night Long, I certainly like it quite a lot, definitely enough to make the list.
