Permanent Waves is my favorite from these. The two songs mentioned above along with the first song I heard by Rush 'Spirit Of The Radio' and one of my all time favorties by them 'Freewill'. The other two songs are great to and 'Different Strings' is something you don't see Rush do so often, well it's done better than 'Madrigal' and 'Tears' anyway.
Moving Pictures is a close second though. That album has it's merits. Signals ends 3rd as it is actually my 7th or 8th favorite from Rush. Plenty more Rush albums I would pick over it but there are good parts.
