minor annoyance the last few days. every time I try to post a reply in the 'What album are you listening to? (cont.)' thread, it opens a new tab - windows and mobile/android.. doenst do in all threads/ working fine in this one for example..

I've also had this issue. I'm not a really a fan of a new tab opening as often as it does while navigating the site right now, but especially for the forum. Every time I hit to post a reply, it opens a new tab. _________________ My overall top 100 is far from fleshed out at this point, so here are some charts I am actually proud of:

When adding an album to a chart...after clicking Add Chart, instead of being given the 5 seconds (or 6...not sure what that was) to navigate to a different page, am now being forced to wait for the redirect to the chart before I can go anywhere else. _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold

Thanks for reporting, just looking into this issue now. After you save a chart, BEA currently redirects you to the contents of the saved chart so you can continue editing it if needed. The redirect was introduced a while back to prevent an issue where people were using the browser Back button to return to the edit page and re-save, which was causing data issues. I'll see if there's a way to make the process a bit slicker without reintroducing those issues (added to list for next site update). _________________ Bluesky · Facebook · Spotify · X

Specifically, it's after hitting Add Chart, then clicking Home / Newly Added Albums. It was working fine until a couple of days ago. Now it ignores the request and returns me to the chart edit page. _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold

It is not longer redirecting me to the edit chart page when I click Home / Newly Added Albums. But it is making me wait the full amount of time (6 seconds?) before going where I ask it to go.
