The truth is that I like so many of the Keith Jarrett albums and he has made so many that I am not really sure which one is my favorite, 'testament", 'Tokyo Concert", "Staircase', "Facing You", or "Radiance" could all be my favs at any point in time...Maybe "Testament" and "Tokyo Concert" are really the only two that might be better than "Black Saint"...but since I studied piano, I am biased, so I admit to that but still try and listen to both as objectively as I can.

Seriously, I will have to listen to "Ocean Songs" again. I am always willing to revisit an album...if someone has put it so high on their chair, there must be something there that I am missing.

I would suggest listening to Distant Shore, Authentic Celestial Music, and Deep Waters mixed in with other songs on a playlist; that'll help you differentiate the key songs. Also, make sure you can hear the bass drum; I couldn't hear it on the first few listens because it's relatively quiet and I was listening to it through shitty speakers. And finally I will admit that the guitar is very underwhelming, but the violin and drums are great!

Great chart! I find myself nodding again and again as my eyes travel over your choices.
