This site is great!! I started to key in info on my 1st chart, I finished 2 CDs, 1 was in the data base and the other was not. I had to quit and I shut off my computer. When I logged back on the system says I have made a chart but I don't see it. I want to continue working on that chart but system won't let me pull it up!! I checked it off as hidden since I was not thru with it and didn't want others to see it yet!! - Any suggestions? Tks much, david

Hi, I'm sorry but I can't see any charts in the system for your user account. The only thing I can think of is did you click the 'Add Chart' button when you finished your chart? (charts are not saved until the 'add chart' button is clicked).

The add chart button is typically greyed out when you haven't confirmed all of the albums. When inputting, did all of the fields have a green checkmark by them?

I found out the problem with my 1st chart. The 1st album I key was part of your database system and the "add
chart" button was active. When I keyed in the 2nd album the system didn't have it in the database and the "add
chart" was greyed out!! I started another chart and left out the album causing problems and everything works fine!! Tks to all who responded!! David

When an album isn't in the database, be sure to click the bottom option in the list of suggestions (highlighted in orange). This will validate your entry (& re-enable the add chart button).
