I was a level 4 user with a 50 album chart. I decided to delete the 50 chart and create my 100 chart. It didn't go well; I'm back to a level 3 user. Will you fix this or am I f'd?
You get additional points for having albums on your chart. I imagine when you deleted your chart you lost enough points to regress back a level. If you rebuild your 50 album chart and wait a bit you should level up again and can then expand to 100
