Zuckerzeit is a truly wonderful piece of Krautrock gold, so I wouldn't be heartbroken to see it beat New Skin here, but New Skin For the Old Ceremony is Leonard Cohen's 4th straight masterpiece. It doesn't get quite as much attention as his debut or Songs of Love & Hate, but it's just as good.
Until Suicide (& Devo) entered the picture years later, I used to think that Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream were the Gods of early - mid 70s electronica.
There are a few Cohen albums that I connect to...this is just not one of them.... _________________ "And can’t you see you’re in on it?

Voted Zuckerzeit. It's my favourite Cluster LP, outside After the Heat, whilst there are two or three Cohen albums I prefer to New Skin, great as that album is. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.
