New window opens with every click - HELP!

Hey newbie here, forgive me if this is easy to find but I couldn't. Every time I click to go to a new page it opens a new window. Couldn't find anything in the control panel to adjust that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, nothing in the control panel affects this. I think it must be something on your device that is causing the problem.
