Neutral Milk Hotel, no contest
And I would agree that the bands don't belong in the top 100, although In The Aeroplane Over The Sea deserves to be in the top 10

The songwriting on Avery island is equally beautiful and inspiring as in the aeroplane over sea.
It simply lacks the incredible coherent composition of the latter. _________________ I'll be your plastic toy.

Jethro Tull were pretty good and made beautiful stuff like then ten minute Budapest. Wind Up and Locomotive Breath are other songs worth listening to before deciding.

I feel Naples is becoming more opinionated these days.
I'll vote Jethro Tull
