Well it's been discussed now it's time to vote, what is the best guitar chord?
My vote is for E, but I'm a sucker for the pretty chords if you slap a capo on like fifth fret or higher.
*B will not be included because B is for pussies

I'm sticking with G as it is the most versatile and useful chord in the alphabet. Lots of sus and dim chords are plenty fun but I am glad they're not included as they would get plenty undeserved votes from pretentious wankers, you know, the type that claim Joy Division are the greatest band in the world.

I only picked Gsus74 because I remember it being in A Hard Day's Night.

+ + + + (((((( C )))))) + + + +
I like C because it's the easiest to work with
When you are creating and writing music C works the best for starting a phrase. If your considering dominant and tonic in your chord changes C is best.
When your going with the old and always reliable I IV V for instance, it's gravy
Come on C fans

Sure it is, but when you're going with the very same I IV V, G is barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce beats gravy any day.
