I used to watch a lot of short films, as they are readily available on youtube. I was trying to get to sleep last night and for some reason this film popped into my head.

I need to regain some of my knowledge on the subject, so I thought I would ask some of the astute minds on this site. I love short films for their often incredible visuals or their weirdness factor. I would consider short to be under 20 minutes in length maybe a little bit more.

Balance is one of those shorts that latched on to my subconscious when I first saw it and gave me weird truth chills. Great pick.

I already included a few of these in my VHS space tape, but in no particular order:

Ive seen so many awesome animated shorts that I just don't know the names of, cuz I'm really ignorant on the subject.
So I'll just have to say that my favorite old ones are the ones that Walter Lantz used to make in the forties that featured animated caricatures of movie stars of the day.
And I also have a fondness for The Big Snit, a more recent film
