If you could invite any 4 of your favourite artists (alive or dead) over for drinks - who would you invite and why?

My drinks guests would be

Billie Holiday - one incredibly cool woman with one of the most amazing voices I have ever heard. There is so much I would love to ask her.
Morrissey - Every drinks party needs a loud opinionated bloke Very Happy (plus you all know I think he is God!) I'd ask him how he comes up with his lyrics.
Neil Young - Every drinks party obviously needs two loud opinionated blokes Laughing Neil Young is the kind of guy anyone would want to drink a beer with - he is just awesome. I'd ask him what he REALLY got up to in the 60s.
Billy Mackenzie - because he is Witty, cheeky, Scottish and hot - dead - but still hot! I'd see if Morrissey is embarrassed and then ask him if William it was really nothing and Suedehead were really written about him!

I'd hire Keith Moon as my bouncer Laughing

Steven Wilson.
David Byrne.
Richard D. James.
Brian Eno.

We'd all watch weird foreign movies and spitball ideas for my graduating short film. Richard would turn up stoned. David and Brian would have their own in-jokes going on. Steven, Eno and Byrne would get into an esoteric discussion about the nature of creativity, which Richard would make light of. Then we'd all go joyriding in Richard's tank while he blasts his unreleased music with Steven drooling in fanboy delight.

Joshua Homme - need one drunken wise man.

Dead
Wolfgang Mozart - see what was happening in his head.
Janis Joplin - why the hell not!?
Jeff Buckley - try and get some more songs out of him.
