Most of the time, attention is given to what is considered the "best" album by a particular artist. So, if they made more than one, what is their "second" best album.
I wouldn't know where to begin deciding which artist to pick, but I really want to do this because I think it's fun. So I'm just going to list my current top 10 artists and albums that are currently at the top of my top 100.

and I've enjoyed it even more than their classic "Diesel and Dust".
I donโt really like Diesel and Dust, and much prefer and like 10 to 1.
Perhaps Diesel and Dust is only considered better because it was commercially more successful, and an international breakthrough.
Tom Waits... I donโt really like his #1 Rain Dogs or #2 Swordfish Trombones, but really like Closing Time and most of his 70โs output, and Mule Variations And Bone Machine In The 90โs.
