To me this is superior for 1990: Jordan: The Comeback by Prefab Sprout
But I love Heaven or Las Vegas, I don't understand why it's not in my chart : )
I will take this as a consideration whenever I decide to go through more of 1990. And I don't know. Maybe there are other records that speak to you more than this.
I found this album in a charity shop about 9 years ago. I have listened to other Cocteau Twins albums since then but this is still my favourite and still one of the very best albums of the 90's
