Look I am trying to make french toast but google is not giving any good anwsers on how to do it like I have tasted in the past. Please Paris, Rennes, Monaco, Marsay, Tours etc please help me out here. I need my breakfast to start day.

Had a friend give me his recipe the other day -- couple eggs, some vanilla, some brandy, hint of lemon zest, generous amounts of nutmeg and cinnamon, you're laughing. Top that with some fresh blueberries, some real maple syrup. etc.

I've heard the key is the bread - dry it out too, so it soaks up the eggs better.
