"One of the best albums in a rich Iron Maiden catalog. A lot of their 80's material is pretty underrated on BEA. Even the weakest songs on here are still pretty unique and catchy.
The strongest points are the first two tracks and the closer. Some of the most epic moments in the Maiden discography. Should be way higher on the 1983 list, let's be honest."

"For my money, this is Maiden's best. While side two has some weaker material, the highs are so high, and frequent enough to elevate this to the top spot. 'The Trooper' is the quintessential Maiden classic, but I find 'Where Eagles Dare' to be the greatest accomplishment on the album, and 'Flight of Icarus' reaches similar heights."

Contains some iconic tracks, surprised to see it ranked #5 in their discography. Just goes to show how little I know...
