For ages I never knew Akron/Family, Wolf Parade and Menomena had multiple singers.

Once went to a concert with a buddy, arrived a little late and spent half an hour trying to convince him that the guy who was singing was what we came for, just that it had been many years since his prime. A little while later the opening act went off and what we came there for appeared.

Buying 'Everything Falls Apart' by Husker Du thinking that because Bob Mould was in the band it would sound like Sugar's 'Copper Blue'. Still the only copy of said album bought from (and promptly returned to) Our Price Records in Farnborough. Although later repurchased when I grew up a bit and became more tolerant.

Once upon a time, I thought there was an actual album named "Smell the Glove".
Once upon a time, I also thought there was an actual band named Spinal Tap.

But hey, what's wrong with that?

Once I thought Beatles was from America. The greatest band had to be from the greatest country, if you not what I mean?!
