For each chart present on the "My Charts" page, i'd like some graphic to the side of each chart that represents how close to 100% i am for filling out each individual chart.

100% complete = a user's chart with 100 entries where each entry has a rating and a comment by the user and every song on every album has a rating.

I imagine a bar which starts red and grows green as more data is entered for that chart.

I like the general idea, but I'm not sure everyone would want to add the same amount of data to their charts, so it would be difficult to agree on what the baseline should be. It could also be be a bit distracting if another user didn't want to add the same amount of data, so maybe something along these lines but as an optional feature.
