Album art is photograph of Simonon smashing his Fender Precision Bass. The font and colouring pays tribute to Elvis Presely's self-titled album. The album cover for London Calling was among the ten chosen by the Royal Mail for a set of "Classic Album Cover" postage stamps issued in January 2010.

Voted for London Calling:
A. I nominated it.
B. Encapsulates the attitude of the band (and rock & roll) with one photo. Plus, there's a story behind it.
C. Tribute to Elvis cover.
D. While I like the Big Black cover, I can't see it winning the whole thing. It doesn't deserve it, so why vote for it?
