I easily used this sites search tool to find the best Canadian albums. It shows how this site is skewed twoards new (and also, internaionally known, of course) but it certainly makes an interesting list.
The list should be titled - Greatest Canadian albums according to an international crowd. There's a number of fantastic albums that are well recognized within Canada that don't get a sniff outside, hence their low placement or absence on the list. (Gordon Lightfoot, Sloan, Bran Van 3000, Rheostatics, Blue Rodeo, etc...)
Drake is the greatest Canadian artist of all-time. List is wrong.
Drake might have the title of greatest Canadian hip-hop artist (definitley better than Maestro, but Rascalz, K-os, Kardinall Ofishall, and k'naan are pretty good too).
