of the 3 least-popular genesis albums, "from genesis to revelation", "...and then there were three..." and "calling all stations", i will side with the ray wilson album, "calling all stations". After phil collins left, tony banks and mike rutherford carried on with quite an art-rocking album featuring gabriel-esque vocals. It sounds pretty nice if a bit simple despite some longer song structures (4 songs eclipse the 7 minute barrier).
Calling All Stations by Genesis _________________ fav artists NOW | ALL-TIME favs | i listen 2 more music than u so u don't have 2!

Tunnel of Love by Bruce Springsteen...it was a complete change from predecessor Born In The USA, but nevertheless a very strong follow up! _________________ Support your favorite artists...BUY your music!

George Harrison - "Living in the Material World", which is about as good as "All Things Must Pass" and if you count the jam part of "All Things Must Pass" as a part of the album, then is "Living in the Material World" actually better! _________________ "The Beatles, the greatest band known to mankind." - Bismah Mughal

Sonic Youth's Evol, Slowdive's Pygmalion and Violent Femmes' Hallowed Grounds are the ones that spring to mind. Also Night Beat by Sam Cooke, proof that he did actually record a concept album in his career

Up by R.E.M.
Even as a big R.E.M. fan I dismissed it completely when I first heard it, but it seems to get better and better every time I hear it and actually has some very strong songs. It was the first album R.E.M. put out once their drummer left and there's a sense of them really trying to pull everything together without it falling apart, which adds to the appeal to me. It might be a few tracks few long, but I forget about that everytime I hear it.
If you don't care about R.E.M. I wouldn't recommend you give it any time, but if you consider yourself a fan, but hate the album, I really urge you give it a second go.

Should I say Metal Machine Music by Lou Reed and Electronic Sound by George Harrison? I find the first to be an enjoyable and fascinating noise album and the second to be one of George Harrison's best albums.
