This. However, I'm thinking about making a similar thread, just with The Velvet Underground, but I won't. These sort of threads have become too mainstream! Will probably make the opposite, a thread called "Why do I love Pink Floyd so much? I don't get it" or with another band I like.

Pitchfork gave Funeral a 9.7. This caused millions to go apeshit and praise and headcuntingly overhype the album to oblivion without actually listening to it. When Neon Bible and The Shitballs dropped, this hype continued. If Arcade Fire were to record an album of domestic violence by going to suspected houses, then that album would be considered the greatest album of all time simply because it is by Arcade Fire. This is the same thing as Radiohead. I hate people.
so essentially we need a clone thread of the "What is with the Beatles?" or a radiohead is overrated or what is it with OK Computer? (whatever that radiohead thread was called), just with a different name. These always end up positive (*cough*) and never just seem like an endless circle of name-calling and "your opinion is wrong" posts 🙄 .
