Music do-gooders, I am in a serious pickle of 'find who that song is from'. There's a mix CD at work, and while consulting the creator of said mix, he has since forgotten the song. I am offering a reward of cyber hi-fives, and maybe a 'thanks'. Anyways, here's the description:
1. It's a cover of 'walking with jesus (sound of confusion)' by Spacemen 3
2. It is not The Soft Pack/The Muslims cover version of the song.
3. It is a faster version to the song, similar to the version featured on the Sound of Confusion album (here's a YouTube link to that song: Link )
4. The BEST part, is this organ/keyboard sound that plays throughout the track. It's whiny, waning, atonal, and is, for a lack of a better word, awesome.
Help me, please. Any information leading to the identity or whereabouts of this song will be greatly appreciated. I'm losing sleep over it.
That would've been the first place you looked though... the groups Los Alamos, Editors, and Matt King and Friends also registered, but none of them included an organ...
