Ooh, another Drukqs fan! For me that's tied second with SAW 85-92. My favourite is easily SAWII though.

I really like Drukqs, but I think SAWll is more emotional, atmospheric, and meaningful and also it's focused.

Out of these, it's a tie between RD James and Ambient II. Voted RD James for nostalghia's sake (it really defined what 96 was for me). However, my favourite Aphex Twin works are the Come to Daddy EP and the Analord series.
