I recently listened to Sister by Sonic Youth again and it's gone form being the worst album I've ever listened to one of the worst.

Aww fuck my Blondie is gonna lose on this one. Sonic Youth is great, but I definitely love Blondie more. Just go listen to the album Parallel Lines and Eat to the Beat.

I've never been big on Sonic Youth. And Blondie is definitely up there as far as new wave artists go. My vote's for Blondie.

Two of the greatest bands my hometown of NY has ever produced. In most other match ups I'd go with Blondie, but Sonic Youth deserves to win this one. One of the best discographies of all time
