Hey, I've listened to Silver Apples a few times recently, and I really liked it. It's one of the strangest 60s records I know for sure, but it's a very enjoyable listen.
That said, I'm not even sure Marquee Moon will need promotion here. I'm obviously voting for it, considering it's my nom and it's in my top 20.

Goddamnit. Fleet Foxes and Archandroid move on for another round, but one of these won't. So unfair. Both are on my chart. Silver Apples is one of the weirdest early psych albums. Marquee Moon is just perfect though. another vote for Marquee _________________ http://jonnyleather.com
First time i can actually vote (because I know both albums) and I already have to vote against an album that should have made it two or three rounds further. The silver apples are amazing, unique music, but today my vote goes to Marquee Moon (obviously).
