I think it's pretty abysmal to be honest. Don't like most of the top 10 aside from MVOTC, and the placements of albums I do like is pretty damn low. Plus, a lot of things that would obviously fly under the RS radar that deserve to be on there, like These New Puritans and Jon Hopkins.
It wasn't the worst, but there were some really grating parts. It has the misfortune of falling into that Wire/Television/Gang of Four style that I'm actually actively trying my damnedest to acquire the taste of to improve my overall 70s/80s taste (it's not going overly well...)
My bigger point is that it shouldn't be on any 2013 list.

Eh, it reminded me more of The Minutemen or Circle Jerks through a post-Strokes indie filter. Anyway, I agree that it shouldn't be on a 2013 list, but it is one of my favourite albums of 2012, and one of the albums I've listened to consistently throughout this year.
