I wasn't suggesting that people voted against them because of their identity. But the fact that sexuality is more overt in their music and performances than some other artists clearly turned some people off, if you recall the Arca first round thread.

Many of the nominees are not in Skinny's chart, and lots of people including him have nominated albums that aren't highest on their charts, hence my question to him.

I suppose that's fair (on both points). Two of my top five albums made the tourney (as mentioned earlier), so my vote is pretty obvious in that regard. How would it played it out for you given the nominations?

Nah I don't care about sexuality at all. I didn't even know that about Susanne Sundfor.
I said that about the Arca videos because I think that nudity to represent vulnerability in art is overplayed, dumb, and pretentious.

I highly suggest adding your new discoveries to your charts before the tournament concludes. Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded for the largest increases in BEA chart position.

2. I'm not sure if there's appetite for three different tournaments. And this is Best Ever Albums after all.

Thanks. Electronic voting is built into BEA, and I have faith that we can use the honor system and people will not manipulate the results. If that faith proves misplaced, obviously we will need to find another solution. To be clear, voting in the poll and then commenting did not count twice. The poll was the only way to vote.
