AOR Metal/NWOBHM
More AOR than Hair Metal comparisons with early eighties Rainbow are probably a pretty good fit. This is good for what it is. Certainly NOT what I was looking for from Saxon, but when I take away my expectations of what I think a Saxon album should sound like this is some good catchy AOR Metal.
