Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 91.0/100, a mean average of 89.8/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 91.2/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.1.

Dance music for the apocalypse. Incredible use of reverb too. One of the best of the album.
I like both this goth version as well as the new wave danceable remix version...but this one makes you feel really helpless and sad, it's nice....
That guitar riff is just mesmerizing

Perfect post-punk song
Yeah sounds like it's raw and recorded in a bedroom but such a great and interesting sound. Lyrics sound like he's taking about his own seizures and if before they started then quite a coincidence
The desperation in this song is intense.
Such a unique rhythm section. Something that you just don't hear. Interesting combinations of percussion sounds. These guys do atmosphere but they don't require drones or melodramatic emotion to do that.
Near perfect. Can't tell if I prefer this or the 12" version.

Guitars sound as though they must have had an influence on Sonic Youth. Everything sounds like it was recorded in a tin can.
Pretty cool song
