Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 89.0/100, a mean average of 88.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 89.2/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.6.

It's not an indie club night if this doesn't play at least once. The nostalgia of this track will never ever get old.

It could possibly be their best ever song. Fantastic lyrics, and the music compliments them perfectly.
The version from Glastonbury 2013 is also fantastic.

Probably the most underrated Arctic Monkeys track. Great work between both guitars and with the drums.

The lyrics to this song are pure perfection: I've seen your frown and it's like lookin down the barrel of a gun and it goes off."

I love how well the music complements the lyrics in this song. It is soft but upbeat while the narrator is being wistful but abruptly changes to a heavy riff when he is recounting an argument. Great song.
