Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 89.8/100, a mean average of 89.1/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 90.0/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.9.

One of my favorites off the album, perfect opening.
A complete red herring when it comes to the the rest of the album. Marr completely cuts loose and starts the album out with a wild dose of garage punk, while Morrissey lays down one of the most heavy political statements of his career.
Brilliant opener :)
Brilliant gothic rock opener is in some ways false advertising for an album that generally sounds nothing like this.
Brilliant opener. Great lines as always. Best one being, 'i know you, you cannot sing, that's nothing you should hear me play piano'. Superb track.
Words and rhythm so urgent it's like they're trying to break out of the song itself.
Brilliant opener to a brilliant album.
great start (did not know it was a medley)
"Life is very long, when you're lonely..."
Truer words have never been sung...
