This is written from the heart. It is brutally honest. The message and delivery are amazing. There is some awkward phrasing, but sometimes you gotta sacrifice technique for raw, and realistic, emotions. Also has some live performances that are just as good, if not better than, the studio version(Grammys, VH1 acoustic).
