A garden, in the middle of a huge city in the near future. Everywhere around it is polluted and hopeless, but there is sanctuary here. Up above, spaceships and other aircraft cross the sky.

Reminds me of Kid A "Treefingers" a bit (since I listened to Radiohead before Bowie) - very cool! Love the sitar or whatever that plucked instrument is.
