My absolute favourite Xtc song. From the tone of that strummed acoustic guitar in the opening bars this tune just carries me to a good place. (Not to be confused with the reworked version they did for the American market which isn't as good as this album version in my opinion).
It's a shame that this is only half a classic album or it would be there up there in my top ten but I don't think half a classic album is enough. Side one is excellent except for the final track and the opener on side two 'Reel by real' is great but the rest of the album falls a bit flat for me.
