Best track on the album by a landslide.
I am not a big fan of Massive Attack and I don't particularly enjoy Mezzanine as an album, but I still think this song is amazing!
Wow. I remember this song from years ago but had no idea who did it. It drifted from my mind. So what an absolute joy to just get this album and give it a first listen and this songs pops up. Amazing.
Reading the other comments - if Madonna had been in the running for singing this I can see why - but agree the vocal would not have been as strong. Inspiration.

Needs to be in top 100 immediately.
I'm glad that Massive Attack chose Elizabeth Fraser when they could have played it safe and chosen Madonna. It would have gotten a lot more radio play, but it also would have featured an inferior vocalist.
